You can count on KCG+E to help streamline you lighting equipment rental process. Below is a list of our rental requirements to assure a smooth start to the rental process.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Renting from KCG+E is easy! We just need the following paperwork on file prior to beginning of the rental.

Signed Rental Agreement

Signed Quote or Invoice we send you. Changes like mileage, added gear and expendables will update on completion and be added to the final invoice

Credit Card Authorization form and copy of Drivers License and credit card on file to secure rental

To avoid credit card fees being added to final invoice you may pay via ACH button on the invoice

Payment on completion of the last day or prior is required for most rentals

Certificate of Insurance

Certificate holder shall be listed as follows:

Vehicle Coverage is required if using a truck from us. * Unowned/Rented vehicle coverage
